We met our agent, Charles View, at an open house. At the time, we have another agent that was referred by my bank but we were not happy with her service. When we met up with Charles, he asked questions pertaining to our interest (type of house, location, budget, etc.). He then discussed with us the process of home buying. We are first time home buyers. We were sold after this meeting. Charles sent us email of listings that met our needs frequently. It helped us tremendously. She was extremely knowledgeable about the DC area and quickly understood my needs. She (i) shared rental comps on all properties I was interested in, which was important for me, and (ii) connected me with a strong local lender with an excellent FTHB, low-down payment program that made me as competitive in the fast moving DC market, and (iii) was extremely pro-active in findings properties and jumping into the car for to visit at a moments notice. Liz offers a level of service that feels rare. I often felt I was her only customer! I recommend her highly, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to buy my next home.

Jason and John helped me sell my condo and get into a house all in two months in DCs crazy market! Granted all the stars aligned for me. it could not have happened without Jason and John.
